Yes. For Standard Care and Priority Care plans, all updates are first applied to a staging environment where we check for visual regressions, functionality issues, and plugin conflicts. Only after thorough testing do we deploy updates to your live site. Basic Care plans receive updates with automated compatibility checks.
Can I use unused content update hours the next month?
Content update hours do not roll over to the next month. However, if you consistently need more time than your plan includes, we can discuss upgrading your plan or adding additional hours at a discounted rate. We will always let you know when you are approaching your monthly limit.
Do I need maintenance if my site is new?
Yes. Even a brand-new website needs ongoing maintenance. WordPress, plugins, and themes release updates frequently, and security threats target sites of all ages. Starting maintenance from day one ensures your site stays secure, fast, and functional from the moment it launches.
What if I need to cancel my maintenance plan?
You can cancel your maintenance plan at any time with 30 days’ notice. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. We will provide you with a full handover document including all login credentials, documentation, and recommendations for maintaining your site independently.
